The Challenge

Gogoro needed to establish and grow its presence within the EV and Asian market investor community. Retail sentiment was neutral to mixed, with limited organic discussion across Reddit, X, Stocktwits, and Discord. The company lacked the playbook to convert awareness into conviction.

Our Approach

Retail Volts deployed a multi-channel activation campaign powered by GateWatch.Ai sentiment data. We identified the narrative gaps driving tepid retail sentiment and designed channel-specific content to address each one directly. Gogoro's battery-swapping model is well-known in Taiwan but under-appreciated in U.S. retail markets. Reddit campaigns in r/electricvehicles and r/investing highlighted the asset-light swapping infrastructure and expansion agreements with Indian and Southeast Asian OEMs.
